The Identity and Access Management window can be opened by clicking **Tools **> **Identity and Access Management…**.

On this window, there are three configurable settings:

> Macro (children)

| **Item** | **Description** |
| Username | Enter an ID to distinguish the user. |
| Groups | Assign a security group for the current user. Groups need to be created prior to assignment. |
| Permissions | Assign permissions for the current user. Permissions need to be created prior to assignment |
| Password | ![image](media://7bd47a36-fada-4e5a-9b63-c22c02a9c21d)<br>Enter a password for the current user. Users can enter alpha-numeric characters and a limited range of special characters (!, ?, $, %, etc.). |
| Log On Action | Select an action list or script to be executed upon user log in. |
| Log Off Action | Select an action list or script to be executed upon user log off. |
